I remember seeing from another sight a video-clip from the moon where one astronaut went over to a boulder. The boulder did not look that big at first, but as the astronaut got closer and closer to it, all of a sudden the boulder became huge (once you could see a side-by-side comparison). It's weird, but somehow on the moon, perceptions and distances and everything like that are very deceiving.
