You must take care that Moon is orbiting Earth and Earth is orbiting around Sun so there work only tidal forces (cirka1/60 for Moon of its gravity force), but planets, X are not orbiting around Earth or vice versa so there is working directly gravity force, not only tidal force which is only small fraction of gravity force.
for example during Venus transit in June 2004 was gravity force (on Earth) from Venus comparable with tidal force from Sun!!!!

Sorry, but that's just nonsense. Gravity "works" weather something orbits something else or not. And the gravitational influence of Venus on Earth at any time is negligible.
