Not at all. In fact, she believes that all astronomers everywhere are involved in a massive world wide conspiracy to cover up her non-existant "Planet X"
She says some pretty wacky things, but I'm pretty sure even most astrologers wouldn't want to claim her as one of their pack.
Well, I suppose she has eyes, which makes her as much a seer as anyone else on this planet. "Seers" don't exist. They're a lofty group comprised of con artists, frauds, and people who believe they have some sort of ESP but in all actuality simply have overactive imaginations.
A woman in her mid-fifties (I think?) who apparently lives in the middle of the woods in Wisconsin and spends her days playing Chicken Little on the internet.
