It looks like Kansas might not even have a school year at all--funding battles are threatening.

I figured this would happen. Let them have their stickers--otherwise they cinch up purse strings and things get worse.

That gets me to thinking. Mike Shermer is a skeptic--but also a libertarian--so would he be for vouchers--or against?

Talk about believing in two mutually exclusive things...
