I find these stories, notwithstanding their authenticity, absolutely incredible.

Can you imagine what would happen if the earth just stopped revolving for awhile? Like a collision - the whole surface of the earth would continue revolving for awhile killing EVERYTHING and making a hellova mess.

FYI - a few years ago I read a NASA account of their attempt to extrapolate something and they were a day out in their results - until someone explained the Joshua Story.
