Sticks, it looks like you have a lot of hand work to do.
Your registry is corrupted and you´ll have to delete entries one by one. I think you should post a HijackThis log for further instructions.
Did you run Norton on Safe Mode? That´s important because the worm may not let the AV run properly in normal mode.
