Well, it was -0.5C (31F) last night and we had a high around 3C (38F) this afternoon. Thankfully, the rain had passed on and we didn't get any of the ice that north and central Texas had. The temp at 1830 hours is already at 1.5C (35F) and expected to hit the freezing mark in the next 2-3 hours.

Even Galveston is expected to get close to freezing by tomorrow morning. The forecasters just called for 12 hours of freeze for areas just north and west of Houston and 6-9 hours of freeze for Houston itself.
