As you have chosen to post this in the "Electric Universe" thread of the ATM section of BAUT,
upriver, I presume that you intend to make use of this paper in some way to continue to make the 'electric universe' case. Am I right?
If so, then what is the case that you wish to make? Specifically, which (non-mainstream) aspect of the EU idea?
