I never really thought I was a slow reader until this thread...

How do you guys read so fast? Do you skip most of the text?

I never really saw the point of reading extreamly fast. Either I'm reading a book, in which case I read it slow because I want to enjoy it - or I'm reading references at work, in which case I read it slow because I don't want to kill people because I skipped the important part.
