I have a feeling that these so-called property rights people have purchased in outer space will be legislated out of existence - with no compensation (why should there be?), when it actually becomes a pressing need. Until such time as we're actually landing on these bodies and able to enforce any property right we might have up there, there's really no point worrying about it.

If you're silly enough to buy something in outer space - because you actually think you'll gain ownership to it - then frankly you don't deserve any recompense in my book. A fool and his money are easily parted afterall.
