Over 100 years? Probably not accurately. The steam-powered satellites way back then were so crude.

In the last fifty years sea level has risen at an estimated rate of 1.8 mm (.07 inches) per year, but in the last 12 years that rate appears to be 3 mm (.12 inches) per year.
