Major NASA announcement today?
I'm not sure if this has already been posted, if it's in the right place - or even if the news is actually credible (I can't see it on any major newswires yet), but according to a few blogs NASA is due to make a major announcement today: possibly concerning the existence of liquid water on Enceladus.
It's here http://mimiteh.blogspot.com/2006/03/...ent-ahead.html and on the Orlando Channel 13 website.
Also the right-wing 'net rag Drudge Report has something about it, if you feel brave enough to venture there.
Any comments on the accuracy of the story, and of its possible implications?

If, on the other hand, he is offered something which affords a reason for acting in accordance to his instincts, he will accept it even on the slightest evidence. The origin of myths is explained in this way.
