No, no, you're wrong, it says:

You shouldn't alter a quote by taking out the full caps and a spelling mistake. It has to be there for authenticy. Of course, I took out the bolded big-lettered colored stuff, but that's just to not abuse your eyes.

By the way, the truth starts on four different places on that web site.
