I found the video capture important enough I absolutely had to host it... you HAVE to take 2 minutes to watch that... I want one of his torch set ups.
Basically... you still need energy to convert water into hydrogen and oxygen... but... but... we have the new hybrid nuclear reactor that 95% of it is below ground, it can be COMPLETELY shut down in SECONDS instead of hours, and it can re-use the fuel and the fuel byproducts in the reactor like 75%... whereas operational reactors now can not recycle it at all... which means much more energy out of the same amount of nuclear fuel... plus advancements in solar technology and better wind farms... could mean much cleaner energy to make this water-fuel with in the next decade or so.
(by the way... sorry about the "FUELy" in the topic... it's 2am... and i've got alcohol in my system.
