I think from the readers perspective it would be much easier to break out the posts relevant to the bridges discussion. If we have links to selected posts, the reader will have to open multiple windows and the flow of the discussion will be harder to follow.
I notice that after the EU thread was locked, Nereid started an index forum and subsequently a specific thread was started on one of the subtopics in that index. The bridges discussion could be treated in a similar fashion.
