IANAA, but when I read the "clear" requirement, I assumed it meant the planet's path to be cleared of any objects it was likely to collide with, not trojan objects, moons or anything that resonates in a manner prohibiting collusions. If that is the case, wouldn't it be a clean definition of a planet?
