Mac users have a reputation (at least somewhat deserved) of being willing to shell out big for absolutely any (and every) piece of junk that carries the Apple logo. Some might suggest that mentionning actual specs and/or function on Apple commercials are unnecessary and redundant information, and might negatively impact sales among the Macheads.
