O. K., having consulted my astronomy magazine (and having had some sleep ), I can now come up with something new. I hope you do appreciate that I am doing this after my birthday festivities ).

143.24224997 +/- 0.00000008
45.054069392744 +/- 0.000000000004
2.7871 +/- 0.0003

These three numbers describe something that provides a staggeringly accurate test for somehing a noted (and formerly, on BABB, banned) poster on this board derides as being "untestable". Take that, . !

What is being tested here?
What do the number describe?

If you can't kill this one in one strike, try bludgeoning. I'll soften up eventually.

P.S. No use hacking the numbers into Google - I tweaked each of them at one of their several decimals. The precision and the orders of magnitude are what is interesting here.
