I live in an area of America so remote I doubt Europeans who haven't visited America have a common frame of reference to truly understand what it is like.

Short answer - they just offered broadband in my area over the summer, and we are scheduled to have it installed next Thursday, although it sounds like you're implying I'm lazy. The closest cybercafe is a 2 1/2 hour drive from my house. I don't think even you would suggest it's worth it just to watch your videos. Although a politer answer on your part would have sufficed
