Neville has been banned for life for violating rule 7 (multiple users on one account). However, the group of people using Neville are not by themselves banned for this, and will not be treated as sockpuppets of Neville. They may join with each having a separate identifiable name. If any are otherwise previously banned members, those individuals will not be welcomed back.
