But I do have a question: You mention the land masses as being mostly around the equator due to the faster spin. Sounds like good ole' centrifigal force - but wouldn't that force be equally as likely to pool the water at the equators as it would land mass? And if so, it seems you'd have your land masses flooded - a whole Earth ocean, not equatorial land masses. Or am I wrong in this? Admittedly, I am largely ignorant in Geology.
