I don't know. I'm not a moderator or admin.
I think they have system settings that delay postings of new users, if they include a URL, so that the article can be examined to see if it's actually spam. I don't know how they normally conduct that business, but it does semm it should have been examined by now.
Anyway, if the information is time-critical, you could probably present it without the URL, perhaps substituting some keywords that could help an interested party find the information on their own.
Or, come to think of it, I could probably do a search right now and find the URL, and post it myself.... Searching....
