Arrrgh! I hate waiting, for things of this nature and magnitude.

They will succeed, eventually (hopefully next week -- probably next week). You can know this because they already have a waiting list of launch manifests -- paying customers (also on their website). Cost-to-orbit at 1/10th the price charged by the aerospace giants is HUGE!
