That is his style (on GLP too).
His posts always consist of:
1. Vague and unclear refrences to some hoax or some-such thing.
2. The claim he revealed it world-wide first-time.
3. Questions.
4. Links to semi-related things.
5. Links to other posts by him.
I once figured his "style" was to lead people to the conclusion (that he thought was correct) by guiding them with questions.
[I think that is a valid teaching method.]
However, I personally have never really understood anything he's getting at. There's plenty of his stuff on GLP right now, if you want to get dirty. Even Hubble (space telescope) is a hoax too, apparently. Also Dinosaurs and continental drift.

P.S. I like how the existence of stellar parallax is used by HB's to "explain" why there were no fake stars put in Apollo photos... (I love woo-woo versus woo-woo.)
