No, it is not. In my opinion, calling von Braun an "Evil Nazi" is a tactic used by HBs with two purposes:
a) claiming that because he was associated with them he was the kind of person that would have no qualms helping his "new masters" in their "evil conspiracy"
and
b) Shifting attention from the issued discussed.
In any case, of all the times the issue of whether von Braun was Nazi has come up, I think it's the first time that we have even discussed about how "evil" or "not" were the Nazis. I don't think it has to be addressed any more than it has.
