The problem here is that Chewbacca DOES NOT live on Endor. Chewbacca visited Endor and remained a short period of time. He lived there no more than he lived on Tatooine, Hoth or Bespin.
If Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must acquit!
And if he doesn't, you must find guilty. Since he doesn't, it's a bad defense to rely on, and that doesn't make sense.
