The writer claims that the signal collection methodology of COBE was too imprecise to permit the very exact blackbody spectrum curve fit of the data in the published results.
Why he couldn't just say that (and provide appropriate evidence) rather than go on a rant like a zealot on a caffeine buzz is beyond me.
