I think. You should be able to post up to 8 images in your posts. These can be gif, png, or jpgs and they can have a max byte size of 150000, which is a little over 100K. Let me know if this isn't working, and I'll keep plugging away at it.

Nope still limited to 1 image

There is no limit. There is a limit of 8 for picture attachments. So, Sleepy, how many smilies can you withstand? I'll put the limit there.

I'd suggest 5. Otherwise people can go overboard.

Yep limited to 8 images whether smilies or [img] tags and 8 attachements though two seem to be broke - they're meant to be animated as well

There's probably something I missed, but, once one has uploaded an attachment (i.e., allowed graphics file) and used it in a post, is there any way to use it again in a subsequent post?

Copy the attachments url and you can post it into a new post as a link to the image. However it doesn't appear that you can show the image or a thumbnail.

Eg
