Just a quick question.

When you report a post, is it normal to receive any sort of receipt or acknowledgement from any of the admin?

Over the months since the Grand Merger, I've reported two posts but heard absolutely nothing in response.

I have never had a response either. I don't think you are supposed to get one.

I don't think the system gives you any kind of response. All the admins and moderators get a copy of report, so you're instantly calling attention to the problem to a dozen people.

If I take action on a report, I try to go back and send a response to the originator to let them know, but I have to do it manually - nothing happens automatically.
