Default It's a BAUT Time

I've noticed that the BAUT BB time tends to be about four minutes faster than the time on my computer, even after I've synchronized it using the atomic clock in Boulder.

Is this a case where the local time is used, resulting in the mismatch?

Hey! it was obvious to the Order of Scaros Dalek (what was it's name?) using it at the time!

There's even some other threads about it started by people 'before' & 'after' that ... at least I think so

I, for one, have given up and welcome our 4 minute in the future server overlords

Fate (even if her name is Erma, not Erda) spare us from an obvious title!
