Default FYI: Forum is backed up starting at 1100 UTC daily

System response may be slower and errors may be encountered.

It's 3am my time, and I'm in PST. So, that sounds right.

This backup happens every night, by the way. It typically takes about 15 minutes to complete, and consumes the server's entire resources as it happens.

That is midday for me. 12:00h exactly. Helps everyday, as the server gives me a hint to go visit the canteen...

I've set up an alternative backup script. I'm just in the final stages of testing it. It should drop the downtime to about 10 minutes.
