Default Odd Forum Time Behaviour

I just posted something and noticed the time code: one hour fast. Fine. It must be a DST problem, I say. So I go to the User CP, adjust myself one timezone west, and take a look at the time code on the post: one hour slow. Okay, that's odd. I change my timezone to the correct setting again, and look at the time code: one hour fast.

What the heck is going on?

Yeah, I'm actually not too pleased with the service here. I just... er... stretched the truth a bit for the joke. Shh...
