Default woo woo on UK radio 2 - WTF ???????

as i listen we have a woo woo on radio 2 discussing pole flips

his name is :

Ian Niall Rankin

and the streaming audio should still be availiable at :

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/walker/

till friday

the most bizarre thing he has said so far is

" the earth revolves around the centre of a binary system of the sun and an invisible undetectable black hole "

apparently heliocentrism is BS , the black hole pulls us and the sun / solar wind pushes us

WTF ??????????

Well, I'm not really surprized there appear to be quite a few folks who still think planet X is out there and that the pole shift and the "end of the world" is just around the corner. Here's another fellow saying the same sort of things. It's flat out amazing to me what some people will latch onto!

Nancy, among others, thinks that the Sun is part of a binary system, though in her case I think the companion star is supposed to be a brown dwarf.

Nancy has frequently alluded to her belief that for a body to be in an elliptical orbit, there must be a massive object at both foci. This is the origin of the "twin sun" idea, with her "Planet X" orbiting about both or them. In a sort of not-really-orbiting-at-all sort of way, obviously.

At least, I think I got that right. 8-[

Well, Nancy calls Planet X a "brown dwarf," but differentiates that from the "dark star." So, I'm not sure what she considers her companion star to be, exactly.

yes, the "dark star" is the star that we, err, can't see, and which she believes is required at the other focus of the ellipse in order to make Planet X (which may actually be a brown dwarf/comet/moon/spaceship) to orbit in an ellipse. Except that it doesn't, obviously. It, um, bobbles. And pierces ecliptics. And stuff.

Quick Question: If the Dark Star is at the other focus of Planet Ex's orbit, what's at the other focus of the Earth's orbit?

Earth's Dark twin, naturally.

Sadly, this is actually what she says, but doesn't seem to want to discuss it much anymore. Apparently it was supposed to bump into us back in june or something due to Planet eX's influence.

Sweet Jebus! We're flying through the focii?!? When do we collide with the Sun?

Hmm...just found out that there's a Zeta Talk Book. Maybe the answers to all of these questions (and more) are contained therein?

Right... so im guessing on this other plannet to avoid any gravitational inbalances their is people running our lives but where left is right... MY GOD!!! the woman looked into a mirror
Well here's my theory: [Joke] The planets orbit the sun as a scale model of an atom and if the stars all stopped shining all the planets would drop into a lower energy level.[/Joke]

On a sane note if there was planets in opposite orbits 1 we would have seen them, 2 one of the more obvious ones the sun wouldn't have a wobble from the gravitational drag of the planets much like the earths wobble from the moon (i would say moon but the 2nd moon is smaller then my room IIRC) or any planet with moons in its orbit.

How can people be so moronic? i mean theres newtonian physics, einstein, quantem, string thoery and then theres just some god damn common sense. Even my pet gold fish is smart enough to get that there isn't planet x or planet Earth negative etc cause i somehow have a feeling it wouldn't be alive.

To figure out the problem you need a:

"DA

D for differential, A for analyzer

Differential Analyzer

DA"
