Astronomers now know the universe is 'expanding', the Bible says; "...who stretch out the heavens like a curtain." (Psalm 104:2, see also Isaiah 40:22) Notice the heavens 'stretch out' and the word 'curtain' means 'something crumbling', the primitive root means 'to be broken up with a violent action' - a Big Bang would certainly and violently, break things up.

The Bible also speaks about 'the Big Rip' which astonomers are now predicting; the universe will stretch too thin - and rip. However, the Bible also says the universe will rip 'in two' and the pieces will 'roll up like a scroll'.

The Bible also says that 'on the other side of the curtain or universe' exists 'light' - or 'another dimension'.

Just thought you'd like to know!

Interesting, Galaxygirl ... and I agree with your observations; but, naughty Galaxygirl, we are not allowed to discuss religion. Great shame! We can't be nice to each other.
