I've reopened this topic for a couple of reasons.

First, to Extrasense, please keep your new found photos in this thread only, with whatever comments you have about them. While we are happy to have one thread about this going, I would ask for your consideration by not starting a new thread each time.

One issue we will not bend on--keep any personal attacks off the site. This will be the last warning you get about that, if you keep up those kind of comments you will be permanantly banned.

Second, I have absolutely no idea what this picture is supposed to show. Would you please tell me what you think you see here?

Well, Vanderl seems to think she knows what ES's editing job is supposed to mean...
So, Vanderl, why don't you tell us (instead of gloat)?

Rock 'n' Roll!

Seriously, ES, what is your point with this picture? If NASA 'does not want us to know' (whatever the heck the picture is supposed to represent), why even release the picture?

If this topic is reopened perhaps it should be moved to Totally Off Topic? What you think? There certianly isn't any alternative theory expounded jsut stupid pictures with obviously nutty claims to them. if they were posted as a joke then fine. but to actually say that a couple of rocks on mars are having sex is .. well .. dumb.

Extrasense,

Leave the rocks alone!

The rocks are cool.

You are pointing to the importent problem with NASA work, and the movies.

They would not make the same shot twice, unless it is with different filter.

I guess you might tell those geniuses, that they need make one more shot by the panoramic camera on a particular setting, to allow for dependable movement detection.

Nevertheless, working with what I have, I've found some cases where it is pretty hard to attribute changes to the filter change.

First, I am not in regular contact with anyone at NASA.
Second they don't make an assumption that anything is moving except when the MER actually moves it.
Third, the panoramic images are composed of individual shots, and you can see some objects at the edges in multiple shots from the same angle with the same filter when looking at these. Even then, the shadows will change a bit.

In the future, if you are making these blink movies, keep to the same filter setting, otherwise the color difference overwhelms anything you might be trying to point out in terms of some real movement.

No one on this forum except you believes that there is advanced [civilized] life on Mars. If you are planning to make a case for it, you can start by trying to make your evidence a little more standardized, so that effects that aren't what you are trying to show aren't more prominent than what you are pointing out.

Here is the movie of Desert Monsters Hiding In Sand.

Although it is affected by filter change, it does not seem likely that the angle pointed heads disappeared, and a depressions appeared just because of that:

I don't see any monsters. Where are these fake monsters in the picture?

Yeah. And besides, if it were a monster, which I doubt, it probably would have eaten the rover!

Here's an idea: let's send ES to Mars. Wooohoooo!

What is the change in these Photos? (the NASA Babies one)
Minutes, Hours or just light filter?

That big rock in the center towards the right side, looks like a corner is breaking or something?

Am I close?

The sand monsters, looks like ooze spilling over the craters edge, to the right?

Are these the names of this photos, Babies on Mars and sand monsters, if it is, the crew at NASA is even more bored than I claimed you were ES.

ES, let's assume for a moment that you are correct.

Do you think that you're the only one spotting this? Wouldn't there be lots of other people saying "ooh, look at that"?

NASA has nothing to do with these movies, and the naming of the pictures either.

The time change is about 90 sec between frames.

The "big rock" is actually an hollow fossil; what you see though a back door, is some movement inside.

You are being supplied by me with the selected, the most convincing images,
and you are still in doubt. You are looking for somebody else to validate what you see. And such approach is prevalent, people do not believe own eyes unless something is seen on TV screen

Well, still, ES, I have to admit you are a bad graphic designer...
For example, why is the first frozen image so sharp and clear, yet the second "still" image is blurred. You can't claim it's a movie, either, if it is two still frames separated by 90 seconds. You are merely overlapping two similar frames.
That or you warped the second frame youself, so that it would look slightly different from the first frame.
Also, you cannot claim any sudden movement took place btwn. the two pictures, if they truly are indeed separated by 90 seconds.
By the way, if NASA saw it, they would catch it in a second. After all, if NASA spends days upon days analyzing the smallest meteoroid for signs of "life," I'm sure NASA would have spotted you are claiming is life in less than a second.

NASA is a common name.

The Current "science" team is an implemented affirmative action for nitwits.

The frames are actual frames, no cheating on my part.
Glad you see the difference between them.
You have a point about poor movie design, I have just improved it, look again.

The monsters digged themselfs in the sand in less than 90 sec, there is no way to know exactly how long it took for them to do so

StarLab, haven't you heard?? Smith might be one of the most common surnames in the US, but before the 1960's, it was actually Nasa. There were John Nasa's everywhere (not to mention his wife Joan.)

Then the US government said they were creating their own organisation to deal with manned and unmanned spaceflight called NASA and they banned everyone else from using the name. They didn't annouce this publically, of course, that would cause a national outcry.

So they sent their men in black round to all the John Nasa's and told them - in no uncertain terms - to change their names or face the consequences. Oh, they also told them to keep their mouths shut.

So when NoSense said that "NASA is a common name" that's the reason why!

Obviously, since then the story has been leaked and vigorously denied by NASA and the government... I'm surprised you've never heard of it :P
