Don't some hold that the fact that no spiral galaxy arms have been seen wound up more than 3 times limit their age to not more than 200 million years?!

I would have sworn we were discussing this galaxy somewhere other than this thread. It appears that the galaxy has been involved in a collision--there are actually arms that point in both directions.

should indicate age just like Goat HORNS do

That's based on a misunderstanding of galactic arms: the current theory is that they're pressure waves, not bands of stars grouped together. So there's no "winding up" involved.

If these people do hold this, they need to educate themselves on what a spiral arm is, because they are wrong.

They can even read an article I wrote on this very issue.
