Hoagland strikes again. Look at the chaotic region that Hoagland claims is a city. Is it the breakup of the surface like an ice floe? What is the standard explanation of the squareness? Looks like there may be a certain amount of data readout that distorts things a small amount.

The ASU images show clearly to me that the "square" around the crater that Hogland claims is artificial is actually an artifact of the imaging. The image seems to be created by a line scan and vertical readout that can cause these artifacts and especially show up in the nightime photos.
