Just a goof I know but I strongly disagree with hassling anyone's ISP for their exercising their freedom of speech, however much I might disagree with the content. Nutty as it may be it is not fraud. The proper way to combat ZetaTalk is with facts and reason, not with attempts to force silence.

I'm not so sure that I agreee, people HAVE been harmed by Nancy's silliness. As long as no one is hurt by her statements, she can say whatever she wants but I fell that she has crossed the line.

Be very careful how you define harm; people have claimed damage by far less silly things than this. She's got the right to make her nutty claims, whether or not we disagree with them.

Who is this 'next person'? So far, no one but you wants to see her site removed.

It's simple. Actions taken by an ISP against one of their customers are generally for things like spamming, copyright violations, harrassment, and other explicitly illegal behaviors.

Ms. Lieder's Internet site, etc., are ludicrous, ignorant, wrong, arrogant, and generally abusive, plus a generalized inducement for people with weak minds to do foolish things. None of these are crimes, and none of these are behaviors which in themselves damage anybody's Internet connectivity.

Yelling at her ISP to remove her site is thus censorship for content, not censorship for any kind of criminal act, contract breach with her ISP, or other legal violation. Such censorship is wrong. If she claimed, say a specific health benefit for her particular Zeta-brand tinfoil hat, that would be different, but this more generalized intellectual fraud must be combatted with truth: "Sunlight is the best disinfectant."

Besides the fact that Nancy has mirrors on other hosts, she'd just relocate to a new hosting service - and then claim the "PTB" are trying to shut her down - another lame "sign of the times".

Best leave her to her own demise. She's doing just fine in that respect on her own.

You see I realise how stupid I was to even consider that a Planet X existed. I mean we haven't even seen the damn thing with our own eyes, I realise it was just stupid, and this Zetatalk is just a scare monger site which is only there to manipulate us all. By removing it we don't have to consider it as a reality, as lens flare is always accountable for its alledged appearence in photos.

If I were to place a bet, 15 minutes of fame. Given the utter lack of any point to his posts and blatant personal attacks on his targets of the moment, his time is ticking away. I was pretty shocked he survived the Steven Hawking commentary myself. Its just odd jabs and strikes to push buttons and generate responses.
