While I was tooling around in Victoria, I storde into a book store. I was searching for Crichton's "Lost World." As I walked around a corner, I happened to find myself facing the terror that is "Bad Astronomy." I nabbed it up. I hope to some how support the fight for good astronomy by giving my money to some one I've never met and don't trust.... wait....

Heh. Well, thanks for the vote of confidence.
I have read "Jurrasic Park", and while it's a fun book, Crichton's biology and physics are a complete mess (his chaos theory ramblings are utterly wrong, and have no bearing on what happens in the book!). Humbly, you are better off with my book. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif

This book came in quite handy the other night. A bunch of us were on PalTalk, and people were asking all sorts of questions about axis tilt and magnetic poles. Denise wore her keyboard out Googleing, and I was page flipping for all I was worth.
You know BA, if you'd do another PalTalk interview you could save Denise and I a lot of work.
