I think it is one of his lessions. I've been trying to work it out. Its kinda like the jotting down of his idea's YA know. I havn't yet read the above posts though as I got to quickly pop in then I have to go out. HUb' is a lot easer to understand on MSN though.....

I think there is a way to prevent porn advertising. I've heard the BA and Ikyoto mention it a few times. I don't know the answer, but I bet someone who has a forum would know.

Can you ban his IP address? Afterwards, you should definitely delete all his posts.

If I were you, I'd also look over the memberlist and determine which accounts are legitimate members and which ones are just spammers who are using the "website" to advertise a website. If you determine someone is an advertiser, I'd delete the account.

Yeah you can Ban by IP and also delete the user names, banning by email can work too because its a hassle to have 4000 hotmail accounts.
You can also ban certain words.

I think if it gets real bad change the account activation to Admin control that way anything that looks suspicious you can block.

But just make sure you delete the post and ban IP and delete user strait away...

well I've attempted to write a php script to moniter IP's incoming
{in fact I wrote 1} although i've never yet attempted to implement it}
( it remains a TO DO thing ) and i've been doing other things
