Well The people at PhpBB for free Decided to change the adreesses and put forum name first, then theirs. That was a bad idea so they changed back.
So the old address works and it will be on any further emails.

change my index.html file to index.php3 simply by changing
the FINAL FOUR letters of the file name .. that made it WORK
