Not only that, but a minimum budget of $75M WITHOUT Actors or Crew. The director MUST follow the Halo Story Bible, laid out by Bungie. Alex Garland, writer of 28 Days Later was paid $1 Million Dollars to Write the Bungie approved script.
I'm hoping for a hippo hidden in one of the VFX shots, and for the use of the number 7 in it.
