However, this "fun" was short-lived, along with the pilots. (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/plane_crash_investigation;_ylt=ApIXgtmFA0OE36LXcUW AW3us0NUE;_ylu=X3oDMTA2bm5xNHVjBHNlYwNtcA--)

Looking at this, then the deal with the drunk crew in 2002, and the various other incidents recently, one has to wonder what's going on? I sort of recall the old "United Rising" slogan. What did they really mean by that? Getting high? :-k

I'm so upset right now. Please don't make fun of my company right now.

If anyone is interested in digging through the exhibits for this accident:

NTSB Docket Management System (http://www.ntsb.gov/events/2005/Pinnacle/exhibits/default.htm)

That reminds me. Braniff (Believe It!) had some, well, different slogans during its existence.

My favorites were:

1960 - Next Time You Fly - Above All, Fly Braniff (kind of applicable here)
1965 - We don't get you there any faster, it just seems that way
1965 - Because even an Airline Hostess Should Look Like a Girl
1965 - How Long will our New Look look New?
1966 - Why Take a Plain Plane?
1967 - We're not against souvenir hunting, as long as it doesn't get out of hand
1968 - Braniff Hostess College, Where we Train Our Pretty Girls
1968 - Good for a Fast Buck
1969 - We are taking (gulp) surfing lessons
1969 - If You've Got It, Flaunt It
1978 - Braniff Flies You in Leather (kinky!)
1981 - The Airline with Texas Class
1982 - Braniff Strikes Back!
1989 - Stops that won't slow you down (?)

Time to check some others, let's see, AA?

Tmosher, where are the pictures in that NTSB link? Any? I went to the Air Disaster (http://www.airdisaster.com/cgi-bin/view_details.cgi?date=10142004&reg=N8396A&airline= Pinnacle+Airlines+(Northwest+Airlink)) site, but all they have is a synopsis. Apparently, it destroyed some houses in a big fire. But no photos, although plenty of other photos (http://www.airdisaster.com/photos/) to make me paranoid. :o

NTSB usually doesn't include photos unless they have a purpose in the investigation. In this case, what's left of an RJ really doesn't have much use in the investigation.

NTSB follows the Joe Friday rule.

So, nobody got pictures of this plane crashing in a neighborhood? I'll have to search. I thought they would have to include Exhibits of the plane. That's scary that the guys were goofing around and the plane landed and destroyed houses, or might have killed people, like that LA crash, remember? Yeah, Maksutov is right...what is the deal lately?
