Well, Cheney did do it.... They used secret space based lasars to heat the Gulf waters and manipulate the pressure greadient allowing them to force the storm over Florida so Jeb could be a hero for handling the situation well. They then moved the storm directly through the oil platforms and hit New Orleans. All of this was done from the top secret space station commanded by General Elvis Presley.

Did you check the answer to the first post? The thread starter tells the first person to post, to go and do some research before dismissing his claim that the boys of the NWO are controlling everything. All weather recently is being controlled. #-o

No, it was not the use of a weather control machine, it was a drill to put America under martial law:

Some people believe the Patriot act and everything else going on in the USA is all a prelude to a martial law clampdown that will make the USA like Russia, China or a 3rd world dictatorship.

The military is expressly forbidden by law from operating within the borders of the USA for just this reason. To stop any military guy or anyone thinking of a coup from being able to preposition soldiers and material.

It is a clear attempt to centralize authority and further militarize the country. By weakening America’s defenses, Rumsfeld has paved the way for deploying troops and aircraft within the country and setting the precedent for a permanent military presence within the nation. It is one giant step towards direct military rule.
