Mirror Blanks

Does anyone know where I can purchase 8"-10" Diametre 0 Exapansion "Glass-Ceramic" mirror blanks....

Or if anyone is a chemical engineer - I could cast one from recycled plate glass but Im unsure of what materials to add and at what times and unsure of the appropriate temperature/time for the proper amount of crystalization.

If anyone can help with either I would be grateful.
