Hi there -
Here's a free tip for you: if you want users to find your forum threads much more easily on search engines such as Google, then harmonise your links to your forum. :)
At the moment the forum software links to itself using the URL:
http://www.universetoday.com/forum/index.php
However, in the nav bar, your forum is being linked by the URL:
http://www.universetoday.com/forum/
Google and co. will actually therefore read the two URLs as two different pages, and assign a different importance to each according to how well they are linked to.
In short that means that if you were to link from your navbar using the URL: http://www.universetoday.com/forum/index.php then Google wouldn't think there are two pages of differing importance - just 1 page of particular importance.
If you like the idea of people finding your threads on the search engines, then it's a useful thing to do. :0
A free tip, btw. :)
I actually just started up an internet marketing company, but I figure it would be bad form to post a personal promotional link, so I'll just leave the tip as that. Any questions, feel free to ask. :)
