Tiny, what exactly do you mean by "look funny"? Before you go do something drastic like re-formatting your whole hard-drive, maybe there's something simpler we can do!? Have you run "error-checking" (ie scandisk)??

Faulkner's right...

If it's running slowly or programs keep crashing or you're having operational problems, then obviously you'd need to do some work to get that right but even then, reformatting the hard drive is always a desperate last resort. (And often unnecessary)

If it's just a case that the layout and/or colours have been changed, that's pretty easily fixed. You just have to know how... which I don't LOL Not offhand anyway, but I could find out.

Well, its not about something that keep crashing my comp. but its missing some kinda file in the system 32 folder, therefore I just can't login to the main window, instead got kick out while my Comp. is on like 2 -3 sec, I mean auto restart whenever I try to turn it On... >< bad news my Comp...is dead. I am using the School comp.

usually when you buy its products, they give you a bootdisk, or just put the Win XP setup disk in ur CD-Rom, while turn it On, press ~ or ` key, its will boot your cd rom, therefore you can either delete it (the C: or D:) or format the entire harddriver. :(
