Can anyone give advice on doing a degree in astronomy/physics by distance learning or online. I would really appreciate that.

There are many different fields in astronomy and physics, so you should see which one you'd be interesting in studying (like high energy astrophysics, theoretical astrophysics, etc). Then find an online class that focuses on the area you want to study.

The best way to know what you are doing is make an appointment to discuss with your counseler...

thanks for the response. I am looking to doing a degree in astronomy/physics and have looked for two months at least and can not find one. I want to do a bachelors degree but can only be online or distance learning. I do not have a counselor I left college a long time ago. Please help. Thank you.

Where are you in the world? jsc248 has posted a few details about a course here in the UK - you can read about it by clicking on the link below :)
