Here is a paper discussing what appears to be a binary supermassive black hole in the core of Radio Galaxy 3C66B. The two objects seem to be orbiting each other every 1.05 years, and should coalesce soon enough that we should be able to observe changes in the system, and gravity waves, in enough detail to test/verify some interesting parts of general relativity.

Anton, may I request that you keep your eyes peeled for more stories on this interesting phenomenon?

You can request it, but I will simply continue doing what I do by habit. Every week day, I read the titles and most abstracts in arXive in the astrophysics section. I read a few papers a day, depending on what strikes me as interesting.
