B) I am happy as can be and feeling a little smug to boot! Just got in from a viewing at my friend's great little observatory. She has a Meade LX200GPS-(SMT) 14" w/VHTC. (I had her write that out for me cuz it is her's, not mine and I don't remember all that!) Anyway, as the night sky cleared and viewing got great I had a wild idea and asked if we might have ANY chance of a peek at the gallaxy NGC 3370 (March photo by Hubble on our calendars). With 2" eyepiece, "Big Daddy" (the scope's name) DID IT! We saw a tiny but identifiable galaxy, not a photo, but in real life. That's backyard-deep space. Wow!
